Heal the World Initiative Inc is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation. We run charitable projects of our own and act as a fiscal sponsor for approved charitable projects run by other people. This policy explains what we collect through this website and what we do with it.

We collect what you choose to send us through the contact form on this site: your name, your contact details, and whatever you write in your message.

We also collect standard website analytics, which tell us how many people visited a page and roughly where they came from. That information is not tied to your name.

A message sent through this website travels through a third party form service and ordinary email before it reaches us. Please do not send sensitive personal details, identity documents, financial account information, or anything you would not want handled that way. If your matter needs a secure channel, say so in your message and we will arrange one.

5. How Long We Keep It

We keep inquiry details for as long as we are in contact with you about the matter, and we keep records of gifts and of sponsored project activity for as long as we need them for our own accounting, reporting and tax obligations. Ask us to delete an inquiry and we will, where we are not required to retain it.

6. How We Protect It

We limit access to the people who need it, and we destroy paper records containing personal information rather than discarding them intact.

7. Your Choices

You can ask us at any time what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. If you have received email from us that you did not want, tell us and we will stop sending it.

This website uses basic analytics to count visits and understand which pages are read. We do not use advertising or remarketing cookies, and we do not track you across other websites.
